No matter where you are, you can find a centre nearby where our friendly staff will assist you with your pathology needs.

We strive to make your visit as seamless as possible. Our collection centres accept all request forms from your healthcare providers. Whether your doctor has given you a referral or you have a request from a specialist, simply bring it with you, and we’ll handle the rest.

For patients eligible under Medicare, we offer bulk billing for most of our tests. This means there will be no out-of-pocket expenses for you, as we bill Medicare directly. Our goal is to ensure that essential diagnostic services are accessible to everyone without financial stress.

If you are a private patient or your test is not covered by Medicare, we have a straightforward billing process in place:

• Pre-Test Contact: We will make every effort to contact you before performing any tests to discuss the payment options and collect any necessary payments.
• Billing: Should we be unable to reach you beforehand, we will proceed with the tests and send the bill to your provided address. This ensures that your diagnostic needs are met promptly without unnecessary delays.
